Sony Xperia Tablet S is the only Android based tablet PC that now available on the company?s Android product lineup. The device was announced for the first time on August last year, alongside with Xperia T. All of those goodies will be coated in a 6.9mm thin chassis.
Just like it?s phone compatriot, Xperia Tablet Z will also certified with IP57 for it?s water, shock, and dust resistance. It will be shipped with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on-board.
This tablet is also said to feature similar design to Xperia Z. Probably the company want to show that there is strong connection between Xperia Z and Xperia Tablet Z. Not forget to mention that this tablet will be a nice upgrade to it?s predecessor. As you remember, Xperia Tablet S was released with Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processors, 1280 x 800 display panel, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
